GSP9700 Road Force Measurement System
Solving problems balancing alone can't fix The Hunter GSP9700 Road Force Measurement System performs a simulated road test on the wheel and tire assembly to diagnose and eliminate vibration and tire-related pull problems. Features of the Road Force Measurement System include:
- A road roller which applies up to 1,400 lbs. of pressure against the wheel assembly to test if the assembly is round when rolling. The roller can find problems such as lack of tire uniformity.
- ForceMatching matches together the stiff or high areas on a tire and the low spot on a rim to cancel vibration caused by radial force variation and provide a "new car ride."
- SmartWeight balancing technology minimizes correction weight usage and maximizes productivity.
- Optional StraightTrak Lateral Force Measurement measures lateral forces in tires that cause pulls and drifts, and calculates a tire placement plan to produce the least amount of net lateral force.
- Optional wheel lift system allows one technician to easily mount and balance wheels up to 175 lbs.
