Astoria 2000 offers their Rapid Flexx Gun for making CV boot installation easier and quicker, saving time and increasing shop profitability. The pneumatic tool can reduce boot installation time to less than 20 minutes. The tool is utilized by placing a universal CV Flexx Boot over the installer's 10 retractable arms. Using compressed air, the boot is then spread open wide enough to pass over the axle shaft, without having to remove the axle. Flexx boots are available in three different sizes to accomodate nearly all axle configurations.
